b"VSIG's Visit to Georgia State CapitolThe visit to the Georgia Capitol occurred on March 3, 2020, and it was an information exchange for all. We had a chance to present VSIG and all of its activities, along with President Carvajal, who gave an impressive summary of ßÏÀÖÔ° programs. After our presentations, one of the members of the subcommittee shared the reflections of his prior visit to the ßÏÀÖÔ° campus and mentioned the quality of our programs and our graduates.It was an excellent opportunity to show our legislators the end results of taxpayer-funded education and introduce them to a master-level student who has been with the club for years and has accumulated enough experience to be the president of an actual portfolio, which operates just like a mutual fund, as well as a freshman who just started our program and is already confident enough to present in front of members of the Congress and talk about finance, investments, and her career goals.It was a day, where ßÏÀÖÔ° presented its past and future very well.Go, Blazers!SPRING 2021 45"
