Application for Undergraduate Readmission

This online form is for use by students who have previously attended ßÏÀÖÔ° as an undergraduate student and would like to return as an undergraduate student.  Complete this form, attach required documentation (Verification of Lawful Presence documentation), and click 'SUBMIT.'  Your Readmission Application will not be processed until we receive the Verification of Lawful Presence documentation.  A photograph of your driver's license or identification card is the most common document used to satisfy this requirement. 

Readmission forms are due to the Office of the Registrar prior to the first class day of any semester. 

If you are currently on academic suspension and have not sat out the required time, do not complete this form.  Please complete the Suspension Appeal Form available on the Forms page.
