Blazer Week Build for Habitat for Humanity scheduled for January15-21

The ßÏÀÖÔ° Department of Athletics and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee are sponsoring "Blazer Week Build," a week long Habitat for Humanity effort to build a home for a family in need. The dates are January 15-21. The majority of ßÏÀÖÔ° student-athletes will be working Saturday and Sunday, January 15-16 and other volunteers will be working throughout the week.

In addition, ßÏÀÖÔ°'s Office of Equal Opportunity Programs and Multicultural Affairs will also assist the Blazer Week Build effort on Thursday, January 20, with a Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative build day. The work that day will honor the life and teachings of Martin Luther King, Jr. This year's event provides members of the ßÏÀÖÔ° community an opportunity to commemorate a life of service by serving the community. Volunteers for the Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative build day are asked to call 333-5463 to sign up for the event.
