Hi everyone, I am Monica, and I am honored to serve as your Military Community Advocate (MCA) here at ßÏÀÖÔ°.
Coming from a background as a Military Kid, Prior Military Spouse, and a former Civilian Employee working alongside the 100CPTS/WSA at RAF Mildenhall, I know firsthand that the transition from 'boots to business' isn't always a straight line. With over 10 years of higher education experience and lifelong engagement within the military culture, I understand the unique language of service and the challenge of translating that experience into a civilian setting. What I care most about is to ensure that no one in our military community feels like they’re navigating their career solo. The transition is already isolating as is; there is no reason to complicate that experience.
