Dr. Kathy Nobles is an assistant professor in the Department of Leadership, Technology, and Workforce Development at ßÏÀÖÔ°. She earned her Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida in 2012, where her dissertation examined the impact of school culture on student achievement. She also holds an Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida, an Educational Leadership Certification from Florida A&M University, and both an M.S. in Library and Information Studies and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Florida State University. Dr. Nobles’s research interests include the influence of organizational culture, qualities of effective leadership, school improvement, and the role of professional learning in enhancing student achievement.
