 Dr. Gwen Scott Ruttencutter is an assistant professor in the Department of Leadership, Technology, and Workforce Development at ßÏÀÖÔ°. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2018, an M.Ed. from ßÏÀÖÔ° in 2014, and a B.S.Ed. from ßÏÀÖÔ° in 2011. Her research interests include adult learning and development, self-directed learning, qualitative methodology, action research, and positive psychology. Dr. Ruttencutter is also engaged in exploring doctoral education and Holocaust education in higher education contexts.
