Dr. E-Ling Hsiao is a professor and associate department head in the Department of Leadership, Technology, and Workforce Development at ßÏÀÖÔ°. She earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Ohio University, an M.Ed. in Education from National Changhua University of Education, and a B.Ed. in Elementary Education–Language Arts from National Chiayi University in Taiwan. Before joining ßÏÀÖÔ°, she served as an instructional design specialist at Indiana State University. Dr. Hsiao’s research focuses on blended teaching and learning, instructional design and technology, online and distance education, cognitive learning theories, and the development of effective instructional strategies and learning environments.
