Ashley Smith is the Wood Shop Supervisor and an Instructor in the Department of Art & Design at ßÏÀÖÔ°. She teaches Foundations courses, including Two-Dimensional and Three-Dimensional Design, as well as Jewelry & Metalsmithing courses. She earned her M.F.A. from Georgia Southern University and her BFA from ßÏÀÖÔ°.
Smith has shown work in several solo, juried, and group exhibitions throughout the Southeast. Most recently her work was shown in Multi-Faceted: Mixed Media & Connected Identities, a juried exhibition at the Arts Council of Fayetteville, NC, Beyond the Scar, an online, juried exhibition hosted by Art Fluent, and Prismatic, a group exhibition at the Contemporary Art Gallery in Statesboro, GA.
